Standard Turnaround Time (TAT) is 2 business weeks. Shipping time is additional. I ship everything USPS except Crown Boxes which ship via UPS. Please select the best shipping option that fits your needs during checkout.

RUSH orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis and carry a fee ($10 minimum) dependent on the items and how quickly you need them.

There are NO REFUNDS on any personalized item. This includes but is not limited to, spelling errors not corrected by the buyer prior to checkout, shipping delays beyond RYR’s control, and returned packages.

Damages & Issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24hrs) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the event that your package is returned to RYR, you will need to pay an additional shipping fee for a new label. RYR ships *only* to the address listed with your invoice. We do not input, edit, or change addresses please insure your address is correct at the time you place your order.
